With the AS 901 flail mower I mow the grass and vine prunings between rows at the same time. This means less work cutting and no need for herbicides.
The machine’s low centre of gravity gives you a safe feeling, even on very uneven terrain. I am quite tall and still sit very comfortably with enough space – this never happens with ride-on mowers.
It is very important to have firm footing on the shooting range. The AS50 helps us keep all our surfaces free of weeds and moss, and thus safe and clean.
We avoid chemical pest control and excessive fertilization in our vineyard… We have been using the AS 21 and AS 28 mowers for years. The three-wheel mowers are ideal very agile and cut through tall grass outstandingly well... We mow our slopes with the 2-stroke, so that there is no problem with engine lubrication. With six horsepower the engine from AS is just great and has a lot of power.
I would have never believed that the AS 63 2T could mow this embankment with a 38 degree incline, but it does.
With our AS 73 4T Allmäher we mow our meadow orchards more than three times faster than we did with a brush-cutter.
When I'm not working in Holland, our family tries to spend some time at our house in Provence, where we take care of a hectare of farmland near Argens river. I really like this place because it reminds me - on a small scale - of my grandfather's farm in Argentina, where I spent most of my time during the vacations as a child. My AS 28/4 Enduro seems to be a very capable machine. I look forward learning how to use this machine effectively.
There's no pleasure in property and garden work when your tools always break and you waste your time trying to fix them. I see people trying to turn on their cheap consumer mowers for hours and they just end up hitting the thing. It's different with AS mowers. I get my mower out of the garage, press the fuel pump on the carburetor three times, pull once and then the engine runs. That is very pleasant.
The secret to our mulching mowers’ perfect work result lies in the special blade with multiple cutting planes and a cyclone-like airflow in the mulching unit.
