Team Spirit, Pride & Perspectives: AriensCo Townhall Meeting in Bühlertann
Ein Tag für Rückblick, Anerkennung und Zukunft
In November 2025, the entire AriensCo EMEAA team gathered at the company’s long-standing production site in Bühlertann for the annual Townhall Meeting. More than just a strategic review of the fiscal year, the event served as a shared moment of reflection – celebrating what’s been achieved and setting the course for what’s to come. At the heart of it all: recognising the people behind AS-Motor and the long-term success they help drive.
Set against a backdrop of innovation, process improvement and upcoming product launches, the day was a clear signal of AriensCo’s commitment to sustainable development in Europe. Whether in production, management, logistics or field sales – the Townhall brought together colleagues from across the region in open dialogue and mutual appreciation.
Results, Outlook & Operational Excellence
Jim Young, Executive Vice President of AriensCo EMEAA, kicked off the day with a look back at the past fiscal year. He outlined new strategic directions, presented future product initiatives and underlined the importance of staying close to dealers, customers and the market.
Dr. Katrin Voß, Head of Operations in Bühlertann, gave insight into the ongoing optimisation of production workflows. A new assembly layout, streamlined processes and shorter cycle times have led to significantly improved productivity at the site – a strong signal for efficiency and team cohesion.
25 Years of Technical Passion: Two Team Members Honoured
A highlight of the day was the celebration of two colleagues for their 25-year work anniversaries:
-
Wladimir Schefer began his career at the company’s former site in Oberrot, where he worked in the Allmäher division inspecting and testing machines. Today, he operates on Assembly Line 306, where the AS 510 Mulch-Mower is built.
-
Ilias Delitzoglou has also been part of the team since the beginning and is currently active in the Allmäher assembly line, where he inspects two-stroke engines and flexibly supports various pre-assembly tasks.
The honours were presented by Tamara Hauenstein, Vice President Human Resources EMEAA, who thanked both in her speech:
“After a quarter of a century, you’re not just team members – you’re true ambassadors of our company culture. Your loyalty, commitment and positivity are a vital part of what drives us forward.”
Jim Young and Katrin Voß personally joined the moment to express their appreciation for the long-standing collaboration.
A Strong Signal from Bühlertann
The Townhall Meeting once again made one thing clear:
AriensCo grows with the people who shape it.
Loyalty, know-how, internal development and a strong team spirit remain the foundation for AS-Motor’s continued success – in Germany and across the world.
