We collect data to ensure the correct processing of the warranty extension for one of our products.  To grant this extension the data will be associated with the purchase contract that you have entered into with the dealer.  Moreover, this data will be used to inform you of relevant product information.

We process product information, date of purchase, mailing address and email address for the purposes cited above.

Archiving period, duration of storage

Statutory archiving periods stipulated in the German Commercial Code (Handelsgesetzbuch (HGB)) and the German Tax Code (Abgabenordnung (AO)) apply.  Your data will be stored permanently so that we can also send you product information beyond this period.

Legality of the processing

Contractual regulations with our dealers make it necessary to process your data for the purposes cited above (transacting the warranty extension).

Processing the data with consent

In order to send you product information, we have obtained a declaration of consent from you by sending this Privacy Policy.  You can revoke this declaration of consent by unsubscribing at any time, by emailing ( or clicking the unsubscribe link (unsubscribe link), which will delete your data from our system.  Doing so, however, will render the warranty extension null and void.  Moreover, we expressly state that the legality of the processing executed up to the time of revocation shall not be affected.

If you have not applied for the warranty extension yourself via our website, we have received the data from your contract partner (dealer).
