New Workwear at AriensCo: Designed Together, Worn with Pride
A shared identity for AS-Motor and Ariens teams – made with sustainable values
At the AriensCo site in Bühlertann, teams across workshops, production halls, service, and offices are now wearing something new. But this isn’t just about clothes. It’s about identity. It’s about creating a shared everyday look that reflects the culture, pride, and values of our company. The new AriensCo workwear collection marks a visual turning point for our teams under the AriensCo EMEAA umbrella – bringing together AS-Motor and Ariens employees across Europe under one clear design language.
The idea wasn’t to simply put logos on garments. It was to offer something functional and recognisable that supports our way of working, strengthens the brand on the shop floor, and makes the bond between people and company visible – from production to product demo. This collection represents a key step in how we align as one team under one roof, showing who we are before we even say a word. It brings together the blue and grey tones of AriensCo’s updated corporate identity, combining comfort with durability and a unified brand image that fits the field just as well as it fits the workshop.
A joint effort from the start
The new workwear wasn’t selected from a catalogue. It was designed from scratch – by us, for us. The development process was hands-on and collaborative, with feedback and fitting sessions held across teams and departments. Every detail was tested and refined. Cuts, fabrics, practical features – nothing was left to chance. Leading the effort was Marc Schilling, Team Lead Marketing at AriensCo EMEAA, who worked closely with the team at Clothing Network, our long-standing partner for textile solutions.
“We had already worked with them to create the Casual Line collections for AS-Motor and Ariens,” Marc explains. “That built trust, and this time we went even further. The result is a custom-built collection that really delivers what our teams need – in terms of comfort, appearance, and durability.”
From soft hoodies and layered vests to robust work trousers and breathable shirts, the collection was built to perform in diverse environments. Whether you’re repairing a machine, running a demo, or standing in front of customers, the clothing fits the job – and the person.
Why this matters to us
Workwear is never just about functionality. It’s a reflection of how teams are seen – by others, but more importantly, by themselves. When people wear clothes that fit right, feel good, and look aligned, something shifts. It boosts pride. It strengthens internal culture. It makes people walk a little taller. And it sends a clear message – we’re one team.
That’s especially relevant in our day-to-day. Many of our teams appear in photos, videos, events, or customer visits. Workwear that’s cohesive and well-designed helps us communicate better and more consistently. It also helps us stand out on site or at trade fairs. And for new team members joining AriensCo, it offers a tangible feeling of belonging from day one.
“It’s not about uniforms,” Marc says. “It’s about giving people something they enjoy wearing – something that represents them and the company they’re part of.”
Sustainability that holds up
Choosing the right clothing partner wasn’t only about style or fit. It was about values. AriensCo’s approach to sustainability has always focused on longevity, responsible sourcing, and transparency. So it was essential that our workwear lived up to those same standards.
Clothing Network made that possible. The garments are produced using organic and recycled fibres, with a focus on fair labour practices and traceable supply chains. Many pieces are made in Greenfactory, their certified site in India, which meets globally recognised standards including GOTS, GRS, Fair Trade Cotton, and Fairtrade Textile Production. This ensures environmental safety, social accountability, and transparency across the entire production line.
They also run low-waste production models that avoid unnecessary overstock. Every piece is purpose-built and every order is demand-driven – helping us reduce waste and focus on what’s actually needed.
These values align directly with AS-Motor’s sustainability principles. From long-lasting machines and repair-friendly designs to energy efficiency and low-emission mowing, we believe in building things that last – and in working with partners who share that belief.
A visible step forward
The new AriensCo workwear may be worn on the outside, but it says a lot about what’s on the inside. A shared mindset. A strong brand. A commitment to quality, function, and unity.
Bringing Ariens and AS-Motor closer together under the AriensCo EMEAA umbrella isn’t just a strategy – it’s something that’s lived every day by the people behind the brand. This collection is one more step in that direction. It’s practical, it’s thoughtful, and it’s worn with pride.
