AS 28 2T ES

There's no pleasure in property and garden work when your tools always break and you waste your time trying to fix them. I see people trying to turn on their cheap consumer mowers for hours and they just end up hitting the thing. It's different with AS mowers. I get my mower out of the garage, press the fuel pump on the carburetor three times, pull once and then the engine runs. That is very pleasant.

When I'm not working in Holland, our family tries to spend some time at our house in Provence, where we take care of a hectare of farmland near Argens river. I really like this place because it reminds me - on a small scale - of my grandfather's farm in Argentina, where I spent most of my time during the vacations as a child. My AS 28/4 Enduro seems to be a very capable machine. I look forward learning how to use this machine effectively.

We avoid chemical pest control and excessive fertilization in our vineyard… We have been using the AS 21 and AS 28 mowers for years. The three-wheel mowers are ideal very agile and cut through tall grass outstandingly well... We mow our slopes with the 2-stroke, so that there is no problem with engine lubrication. With six horsepower the engine from AS is just great and has a lot of power.

This machine convinced me already during the 1st mowing operation, so that I do not shed a tear for our former tractor with attached mulch mower. Efficient, manoeuvrable, powerful and a excellent mowing result characterise my new AS 800 FreeRider; and on top of that it takes up very little space in the tool shed when not in use.
In addition to my new AS 800 ride-on mower, we own an AS 28 2T ES for several years now, with which we are also very satisfied. My father swears to it. It is used on steep sections and on embankments/ditches. I bought the machine at Hagenlocher in Hbg-Gültstein - Hagelocher is always a competent and trustworthy dealer, also when it comes to service works.
My conclusion: "If there were such great, well thought-out and reliable products for all live situations as AS motorised equipment, the world would be simply perfect!

My "grandfather" from the AS family is the AS 28 Enduro. Actually, among the 3-wheeled bikes, it's the cream of the crop. It doesn't tip to the side even on the steepest slope and thanks to its studded tyres and 2-speed gearbox, it gets through everywhere. If I have calculated correctly, its blade speed at 4500 rpm is approx. 525.6 km/h. For comparison, a class F5 Tornado= approx. 510 km/h. Maybe I'll convert it into a drone.

As the owner of a landscaping business, I find the AS Motor 28/4 very helpful in maintaining neglected gardens and lawns that have not been mowed for 2-3 months. The 28/4 does the job very well and without any problems. Since we have a big van, the 28/4 is always with us and ready to fight with the tall grass wherever we go. To make it short, I think the machines are one thing above all: very time-saving.

The AS 28/4 Enduro and the AS 65 Scout, which I bought second-hand, are the machines that proved their quality and gave me the confidence to go and buy my first new machine, the AS 901 SM. The power and manoeuvrability of the AS 901 SM is something that makes me approach every job with a smile. These three AS-Motor machines got me even to the point, where I want to start my own landscaping business.
